About this session
Routines work best when they match how a child’s body actually takes in the world. This workshop connects sensory processing to the transitions that routinely fall apart — leaving the house, sitting at the table, winding down at night.
You’ll walk away with patterns you can reuse: how to prime, how much novelty to hold, and how to recover when a routine blows up anyway.
Bring one sticky spot you want to fix first — we’ll use it as a live example for applying the framework.
