When Rob Seigel's son began occupational therapy, he had something most families don't — his sister, Lily Baiser, a pediatric occupational therapist with nearly two decades of experience.

But it wasn't just the sessions that made the difference. It was everything in between. The late-night texts. The real-time guidance. The answers most families never get outside a clinic.

Rob and Lily saw the gap. Parents weren't failing. They were under-supported. So they built Kinspire to close it.

Because every family deserves a sister who's an OT.

Licensed pediatric occupational therapist with 17 years of experience across clinics, homes, schools, and virtual care. Mom of two — one with ADHD. AOTA award-winner for innovation in OT. Lily leads Kinspire's clinical strategy and is the heart behind everything we build for families.

WHY WE BUILT KINSPIRE

Our Mission to Bring Relief to Every Family.

The hardest moments don't happen in a clinic. They happen at 7 a.m., in the car, at bedtime — when there's no one to call and no time to wait. We watched thousands of families navigate exactly those moments, under-supported and on their own. That's what we couldn't accept.

Kinspire exists to give every parent relief when they need it most. A complete understanding of their family. Support generated only for them. Real clinicians and a community that actually gets it.

And when I say generated only for you — I mean it literally. No two families have ever received the same strategy, the same guidance, the same insight. Everything Dawn creates is built from scratch, from what she knows about your child, your home, and your real daily life. Not adapted. Not modified. Created. That's only possible with AI.
