About this session
High school asks kids to self-manage in ways middle school barely prepared them for — and ADHD can make the gap feel sudden and scary for families.
This group is a facilitated space to talk honestly about grades, attendance, social pressure, screens, and how to coach independence without constant conflict.
Dr. Jill and Lily help bridge parent wisdom with clinical framing so you leave with perspective, peer support, and a few concrete next steps for your teen’s reality — not a generic checklist.
