Get to Know Me
I'm a licensed pediatric occupational therapist, co-founder, and Chief Clinical Officer of Kinspire, and for nearly two decades, I've been driven by one question: why is it still so hard for families to get support that actually works?
With nearly two decades of clinical experience across sensory-based clinics, schools, home visits, and virtual care, I've worked alongside hundreds of families navigating developmental differences, sensory processing challenges, ADHD, autism, and more. That work has shaped everything I believe about what families truly need, and what's been missing from the systems meant to support them.
It's why I co-founded Kinspire. Not to build another therapy platform, but to fundamentally reimagine how families are supported: with consistency, real collaboration, and a clinical framework built specifically for outside-the-box kids.
In 2024, I was honored to receive the American Occupational Therapy Association's Emerging and Innovative Practice Award, a recognition that means so much because it reflects exactly what our whole team is working toward: a better, smarter model of care for families who have been underserved for far too long.
I'm also a co-host of the Built for Your Family podcast, where we go deep on the nervous system science behind children's hardest moments. Each week, we break down the real reasons outside-the-box kids behave the way they do — sensory processing, executive function, and emotional regulation — so parents can finally understand the child in front of them, not just manage the moment.
Outside of helping families
Other interests.
I'm a mom of two daughters, based in Gainesville, FL, with a big family scattered across the country, which means we're always scheming about the next visit. My girls are both musical theater kids, so our house is rarely quiet, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love to cook, travel, and say yes to any gathering that goes a little longer than planned. When the day is done, I'm just as happy curled up in bed with a good show or a podcast I can't stop listening to.
Kinspire allows me to create a deeper relationship with the families I work with and truly help them in ways I couldn't in a clinic setting.
