About this session
This circle is for parents who are living the “getting started is the hardest part” reality — whether that’s homework, chores, morning routines, or internal motivation.
It pairs best with people who’ve recently worked on executive function ideas, but you’re welcome if you’re new, too: the group focuses on peer learning and clinician facilitation, not perfection.
Dr. Jill and Lily help translate what you’re seeing at home into doable adjustments — and normalize how bumpy the in-between weeks can feel.
