About this session
Different parenting styles aren’t a personality flaw — but misalignment can accidentally make kids feel like they’re negotiating two incompatible worlds.
This office-hours session focuses on practical alignment: shared language, clear roles, and “good enough” agreement so kids get predictability without rigidity.
Bring a recurring disagreement you’re stuck on; we’ll workshop wording and small experiments you can try before the next escalation.

I am a registered and licensed pediatric occupational therapist with diverse experience spanning over 6 years. During my career, I have worked in hospital, outpatient, school, telehealth, and early intervention settings. I have begun my journey of becoming certified in DIR/Floortime, which has changed my entire perspective on connecting with and treating clients. I am also in the process of becoming certified as an executive functions consultant. In addition to these certifications, I have completed continuing education in PDA, sensory integration, postural control, pediatric pelvic floor, nervous system regulation, and emotional regulation.
