About this session

Picky eating is rarely “just behavior.” This group is for parents balancing sensory sensitivities, anxiety, and the grief of watching meals turn into battles.

Dr. Jill and Lily bring neuropsychological and OT lenses together so you can sort what’s sensory, what’s anxiety, and what’s simply too much demand on a kid’s system.

You’ll leave with a few concrete strategies to trial at home — and language you can use with caregivers or providers who don’t yet see the full picture.
