Kinspire is currently an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, we make paying for care simple, predictable, and flexible.

We offer a flat monthly rate of $299 for comprehensive, concierge-level support—no deductibles, no co-pays, no surprise bills. This transparent model allows us to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality, continuous care that meets your family's real-life needs, without the limitations often imposed by insurance plans.

Families typically cover Kinspire through:

• Using state scholarships like Step Up For Students in Florida and PDSES (Supplemental Special Education Services) grant in Texas

• Utilizing FSA and HSA funds

Kinspire's model is designed to support parents daily—and as such, care is provided virtually so you can stay seamlessly connected to your OT. Our approach is very different from traditional telehealth.

Rather than expecting a child to sit in front of a screen, we partner directly with parents and caregivers to address real-life challenges in the home and community. Families have unlimited access to their dedicated occupational therapist through text messaging, voice notes, video sharing, and live sessions—so support fits into daily life, not just a single weekly appointment. This allows us to guide you in real time, helping your child make meaningful progress while you feel more confident supporting them at home.

Every family receives 60 minutes of virtual session time each month, scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, used in the way that best supports your goals.
