Jamie Schreckler

I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for over 20 years. It has been my honor to support children and families in home, school, and community settings across three states. My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Relationships from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California.

Throughout my career, I have focused on extensive training to support children with sensory processing challenges, and I have a passion for identifying an individual's strengths as the fuel for progress! Partnering with families has taught me more than any of my formal training. I have been inspired by parents and caregivers who adapt when the world won't budge. I am in awe of children who have overcome great obstacles to find the simplest joy. Most of all, I have learned to appreciate all the small successes along the way that are huge wins for children and families who experience the barriers that accompany developmental differences.
